Hello! My name is Lindsay and I’m your Mindful Nutrition Coach.
Food is genuine medicine for the body AND soul. I firmly believe everyone should know how to heal, nourish, and fuel themselves with real, delicious food and without restriction or diets! Food is your greatest tool to living your dream life and I believe everyone deserves to know how to use it!
I have a master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. I’m also a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer with a speciality in weight management and fitness nutrition from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I’m a self-proclaimed amateur chef who loves making easy, nutritious and tasty meals at home and teaching others how to also!

Mindful Nutrition combines practical nutrition knowledge with mindful & intuitive eating to help you understand what foods you really need to feel your best and thrive (because we are all unique & there’s no one-size-fits-all diet!) With Mindful Nutrition, you learn to reconnect with your body so you can understand and honor your hunger signals and food preferences so you can eat all the foods you love and actually enjoy it!
With mindful nutrition, you can feel confident in your food choices and say goodbye to restrictive diets and food-related stress or guilt for good!
But I haven’t always had a healthy relationship with food…
I struggled with horrible body image issues and orthorexia for years before I got to the happy, loving relationship I have with food now. My passion is helping others achieve this as well!
