The Dieting industry is a $71 billion dollar industry with a 95-97% failure rate. 

Research shows that while diets may result in immediate weight loss, there is no sustained weight loss after 3-5 years with any diet plan. It has also shown that dieting leads to disordered relationships with food and our body, as well as promoting feelings of being a failure.

The solution is to get off the diet cycle rollercoaster with a non-diet approach that focuses on health habits vs. strict food rules that are unsustainable and painful to follow. Before you can begin to make genuine, lasting change to your eating habits, you have to first lose the diet mentality.

In this group program,  I will take you step-by-step through a powerful process that will help you start transforming your relationship with food.

I experienced these benefits first hand when I healed my relationship with food after years of (what I now know to be) orthorexia and obsessing over my weight and everything I ate. What I ate would impact my mood every day (usually for the worse). What food was available at social events would impact my ability to socialize with friends and loved ones. I would dread going out somewhere where I wasn’t in control of the food options, mostly because I knew I would end up binging.

Will I lose weight on this program?

No. Yes. Maybe. EveryBODY is different. Instead of focusing on changing your body, we will focus on less stress, more energy and changing your relationship with food.

Can I learn intuitive eating will still wanting to lose weight?

You can still have the desire to lose weight and do this program. It’s perfectly normal to have that desire, and there’s no shame in it!

How does intuitive eating play into nutrition coaching?

Nutrition coaching helps you understand how to use food to support your health and vitality in general, while intuitive eating helps you connect with your own body to understand how different foods make YOU feel, as well as reconnect to your hunger and fullness signals. You can’t make genuine changes to your nutrition until you’ve learned to eat intuitively.
